I’ve
been a multi-media copywriter since 1973—radio, TV, print, long-format
video, etc. I’ve been on the air, behind the scenes and worked at
everything from voicing and producing radio and TV commercials to serving as
marketing director for a couple of non-profits. I’ve written the copy for
bread wrappers, boxes of ginseng supplements and high-fashion catalogs.
I’ve written and edited magazines, brochures and corporate identity kits,
along with writing and producing training videos for blood-borne pathogens,
confined space safety and how to get a job. I’ve also had a number of jobs
in West Virginia, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
